A performance in three parts for two dancers, three musicians and a car. The piece offers to grieve late capitalism and human civilization as we know it and guides the audience through the so-called five stages of grief: denial, anger, bargaining, depression and acceptance. The piece speculates about new materialities of existence in sub-nature (mycelium and fungus), as well as in hyper-nature (cyborg, data and angels). It feels through these proposed modes, their embodiment, visuality and their haptic materiality. The evening closes with a ritual of hope for survival.
